The Prairie Cookbook

We always had tons of different home made jams when we went to the farm or the lake.  I like to think I was an essential helper as a child when  Granny made jam but in reality I probably just watched.  It was definitely a crash course in jam making for me when we bought a bed and breakfast a few years ago.  There were more than a few panicked phone calls to my aunt in Canada. But here are a collection of the jams from great auntie Lily and my auntie Cheryl.
