Raspberry Jam
Raspberry jam was my favorite as a child. I am going to include a couple different recipes here because everyone in my family made them slightly differently.

Ingredients - Auntie Lily
5 cups of raspberries
4 cups sugar
Ingredients - Auntie Cheryl
Ingredient 4 - Weight / Quantity
Preparation
So in auntie Lily's cookbook she says they didn't have quarts when she was young so it was 5 cups of raspberries to 4 cups of sugar. You would cook the two together for about 20 minutes stirring constantly so it wouldn't burn. Then you would beat the jam with a beater and pour into jars.
My auntie Cheryl's recipe has a bit more content.
