PEROGIES

There are so many variations of perogie recipes in my family. And spellings of the word for that matter. I looked it up online and in the Wikipedia definition several different spellings were referenced.

Perogies for reference are an eastern European version of ravioli. In fact I recently found some in Geant in Dubai and they were called potato ravioli. Russian, Ukrainian and Polish perogies are probably the most popular but variations exist in almost every culture
